Footscray Lions Co-op Village

The FLCV development comprises a three-storey community housing complex, featuring 49 thoughtfully designed one- and two-bedroom apartments. All dwellings are arranged around a central internal courtyard, ensuring dual aspect living for enhanced natural light and ventilation. As part of the Victorian Government’s Big Build Social Housing initiative, this project is a key step toward delivering affordable, sustainable housing and setting a new benchmark for future social housing developments aimed at addressing homelessness in our local communities
