Chomley Terraces is a collection of 17 bespoke Townhouses developed by Coff Property Group, architecturally curated by Cera Stribley. With strong contextual connection, a quaint village is created in the heart of the Prahran East community. Delivered under a Design & Construct methodology, the build provides basement carparking and 2-3 level residences that demanded boundary-to-boundary construction. Of utmost importance was mitigating impact on surrounding residents and strategically staging the works to ensure the highest quality was maintained despite challenging accessibility
